Skin Yard Swag is built on the WordPress platform and uses the Printful.com Print on Demand (“POD”) services for the printing and fulfillment of the orders placed here. To that end, any information collected by them is covered by their privacy policy.
Shipping Policy
Because Printful is a POD service, each shirt, hoodie or sticker is made to order. As a result, shipping is typically fulfilled within seven business days, however during high-traffic/high-demand times, fulfillment can take a few days longer. They are typically pretty fast with their services, which is one of the several reasons why we used them (the other being that their quality is up to our standards).
Returns Policy
You may return items that are in new’ condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund per the policies as provided by Printful in their materials and emails communicating the status of orders made through the www.SkinYardSwag.com website.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Printful to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once they receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund.
